  2. Shipping Charges: A flat shipping charge of ₹249 applies to orders below ₹9,999. The applicable shipping charges will be displayed during checkout.

  3. Same-Day Delivery in Bangalore: We provide same-day delivery within Bangalore (subject to product availability, order confirmation, and serviceable locations). Local deliveries are fulfilled through trusted logistics partners such as Porter, Uber, and Delhivery.

  4. Order Dispatch: All confirmed orders from anywhere in India are dispatched on the same day or the next business day, ensuring the fastest possible processing.

  5. Courier Partners: For orders across India, we ship through Shiprocket and Delhivery, selecting the most suitable courier service based on your delivery location.

  6. Order Tracking: Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive the shipment details, including the tracking link, via Email and/or WhatsApp, so you can track your order in real time.

  7. Delivery Timeline: Delivery timelines vary depending on the destination, courier partner, weather conditions, and other unforeseen circumstances. We always strive to deliver your order as quickly as possible.

  8. Business Days: Our warehouse operates Monday to Saturday. Sundays and public holidays are non-working days. Orders placed during this period will be processed on the next business day.
